Returns Overview
At Golden Goose Outlet, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within our specified return period.
Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. After this period, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items worn outdoors or showing signs of use
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Refund Processing

- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

Return Shipping
We provide prepaid return labels for all eligible returns within the United States.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs and send you the correct item at no additional charge. Please contact our customer service team immediately to resolve this issue.
